prEN 12608: in arrivo le nuove norme su porte e finestre in Pvc

PVC Forum Italia anticipa alcune indicazioni contenute nei nuovi progetti di norma pr EN 12608 in preparazione presso due gruppi CEN: il CEN/TC 249 “Plastics” e CEN/TC 33 “Doors, Windows, Shutters”. Il pacchetto completo prevede 4 norme:
• 12608-1 Part 1: Non-coated PVC-U profiles with light coloured surfaces;
• 12608-2 Part 2: PVC-U profiles with laminated foils (in preparazione);
• 12608-3 Part 3: PVC-U profiles with coextruded coloured top-layer (in preparazione);
• 12608-4 Part 4: PVC-U profiles with lacquered-coating (in preparazione);

La parte 1 è in fase di votazione finale in seguito alla quale entrerà in vigore.
Permette di classificare, fornisce i requisiti e i test per i profili non rivestiti di colore chiaro con le seguenti caratteristiche tecniche:
• L ≥ 82 (coordinate cromatiche Y ≥ 60);
• – 2,5 ≤ a ≤ 5;
• – 5 ≤ b ≤ 15
• I profili con materiali di rinforzo come la fibra di vetro non sono presi in considerazione nella norma.

La stesura della 12608 parte 2, che riguarda profili con fogli laminati, è in fase di realizzazione.
